Pilkington Park is a large-scale warehousing and distribution development in Auckland designed to support logistics, storage, and commercial operations.
The project required a brand identity capable of communicating scale, efficiency, and flexibility while helping establish a recognisable presence within a highly competitive industrial sector.
The Challenge:
Industrial developments often rely on generic branding that does little to differentiate them from competing facilities.
The challenge was creating an identity that reflected the movement, organisation, and adaptability at the heart of modern warehousing and distribution while remaining practical across signage, marketing materials, and future applications.
The Approach:
The identity was built around the concepts of modularity and movement.
Drawing inspiration from logistics systems, warehouse layouts, and the flow of goods through space, the visual language uses structured forms and flexible components to create a system that feels both organised and dynamic.
This approach allowed the brand to communicate efficiency and scale while remaining adaptable across a wide range of touchpoints.
The Outcome:
The result is a clear and contemporary identity that reflects the purpose of the development while helping distinguish it within a crowded commercial market.
The flexible system provides a strong foundation for future communications while reinforcing the project's focus on connectivity, movement, and growth.
