Client Process
Before committing to any agreements or payments, we’ll schedule a 30-minute call to discuss your brand, goals, and how I can add the most value. During this session, we’ll outline a preliminary verbal agreement covering the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and budget.
02 — Project Proposal
Based on insights from our kick-off call, I’ll craft a tailored project proposal featuring multiple options—typically structured as bronze, silver, and gold tiers. Each option will include a detailed breakdown of the schedule, deliverables, and pricing.
03 — Agreement & Onboarding
Once you’ve selected your preferred option, I’ll send over the contract, a client questionnaire, and a deposit invoice for 50% of the agreed fee. I’ll also guide you through creating a moodboard to set the project’s tone. Upon receiving the signed contract and deposit, we’ll secure your project start date.
04 — Delivery & Handover
After final approval of the deliverables, I’ll issue the final invoice for the remaining project fee. Once payment is received, I’ll deliver all assets in a well-organized folder system, ready for immediate use. Then, it’s time to launch your new brand and make an impact in your industry!
Design Process
Using your brief and moodboard, I’ll conduct a thorough analysis, combining market research and audience insights to uncover key factors that will guide the design direction.
02 — Design Direction
Drawing from the research, I’ll develop at least two distinct design directions. These will include example logos, color palettes, typography, and more, presented in a cohesive style. A presentation will support our feedback session to refine the direction.
03 — Concept Exploration
Once a design direction is selected, I’ll dive into concept creation, generating numerous logo ideas—often in the hundreds. This stage is all about uncovering and refining potential standout concepts.
04 — Idea Development
I’ll refine the strongest concepts from the initial exploration, building on them with color schemes, typography, patterns, and other elements. This stage is focused on crafting the best solution for your brief.
05 — Design Presentation
With the design finalized, I’ll prepare a comprehensive presentation showcasing the work, detailing my design decisions, and providing mockups to illustrate how the designs fit within your industry.
06 — Feedback & Finalization
After reviewing the presentation, you’ll share your feedback via email. I’ll address your points and, if needed, present an updated version until we reach final approval for each deliverable.
