Overview:

ForthCo is a New Zealand-based investment company focused on helping Kiwi businesses access growth opportunities and long-term backing.

Formerly operating as Business Syndicates, the company had evolved beyond its original identity and needed a brand that better reflected its ambition, professionalism, and future direction.

The Challenge:

As the business grew, its existing name and visual identity no longer reflected the scale, confidence, and sophistication of the organisation behind it.

The challenge was twofold: develop a new name and create a visual identity capable of positioning the company for its next stage of growth while maintaining credibility within a traditionally conservative industry.

The Approach:

The new name, ForthCo., was inspired by the four quarters of the financial year—a simple but meaningful idea rooted in the company's world.

Building from this concept, the identity was designed to feel contemporary, confident, and structured, balancing professionalism with a sense of momentum and progress.

The result is a visual system that feels clear, memorable, and built for longevity.

The Outcome:

ForthCo launched with a new name and identity that better reflects the business it has become.

The rebrand provides a stronger foundation for future growth, helping the company communicate with greater clarity while reinforcing its position as a trusted investment partner.
